By booking a photography session with Value Vanity Photo LLC, you agree to these terms of service. Our services include professional photography sessions, image editing, and delivery of final photographs.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date. Full payment is due before or at the time of your session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance forfeit the deposit.

3. Image Rights and Usage

You grant Value Vanity Photo LLC the right to use images from your session for marketing and promotional purposes unless specifically requested otherwise. You may purchase exclusive rights separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
• Providing accurate contact information
• Following studio guidelines and safety protocols
• Treating equipment and facilities with care

5. Delivery and Satisfaction

Final edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your session via secure digital gallery. We strive for 100% client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
